20 years ago, Tribunal was released for Morrowind.
20 years later, Tribunal was released for Nerevarine Prophecies.
Tribunal
- Mournhold can now be accessed by level 30+ players.
- Things are still being fixed, but the expansion should be in a relatively playable state for multiple players.
- There will be bugs, please report them in the bug-reports section.
- Please be sure to use the discords search function before posting a bug to ensure it's not a duplicate report.
- Features added by this update:
- The entirety of the Tribunal expansion. (Main quests and side quests.)
- New achievements.
- A new player manor to call your own.
- Instanced player museums.
- Previously unobtainable items from Tribunal.
- More to come with time!
Please give me a few days before spamming me for help/fixes unless its a critical issue that may be detrimental to the server or its economy. I pushed for 24 hours straight to finish this in time for this mornings restart, and I really need a break. Thanks!

Alchemy Changes
- Alchemy potions created from this point onward will have buffed effect values (previously they have been nerfed quite a bit, however now they will be closer to that of default Morrowind values), but each effect will have limits applied to both the effect magnitude and duration value.
- Acquiring the alchemy boosting Clever Thought mastery line will further increase your created potions effect magnitude and duration values. Additionally, Bretons have a minor innate boost to potion effect magnitude and duration values, and can be furthermore increased via the Breton racial mastery Curiosity.
- Previously made potions will be unaffected by this change.
Enchanting Changes
- Enchanted items that are created by players (i.e., items enchanted through the enchanting UI) from this point onward will have different mechanics applied for constant effect enchants. Constant effect enchants with the different min and max magnitude values will now convert both the final min/max magnitude values into a random number selected between the entered min and max magnitude values.
- The odds of the above number being higher can be affected by a players Enchant, Intelligence and Luck stats. Furthermore, the odds can be greatly improved upon with each rank of the enchant Alluring Embuement mastery line. Additionally, High Elves have a minor innate boost to these odds and can be further increased via the High Elf racial mastery Elven Grace. NOTE: NPC enchanters are not affected by these boosts. While they will rarely (if ever) give you the max magnitude you entered for a variable enchant, they are much more likely to give you higher numbers than a player who has not invested in enchanting can produce.
- Previous player enchanted items that have different min/max magnitude values will have their current min/max magnitude values adjusted to the average between the two numbers. (i.e., an enchant with 10 min magnitude and 30 max magnitude will become 20 min and max magnitude.)
Disenchanting
- Players who have invested in enchanting will be able to disenchant player enchanted items (i.e., items enchanted through the enchanting UI) via using the Disenchant power, which is granted from acquiring the Disenchanter mastery (requires 100 enchant and level 25 to unlock). Disenchanting an enchanted item requires an empty black soul gem to extract the items enchantment into, but this also causes the black soul gem to shatter due to the overwhelming energy from the enchantment. This will result in the player enchanted item returning to its pre-enchanted version, allowing you to re-enchant it again at the cost of an empty black soul gem. (Please note that this only works on player enchanted items, and not items that have enchants built into them by default.)

Fixes
- The object x/y rotation decorating issue has been resolved as much as it can be.
- Players should find their x and y rotations now save as one would expect.
- Issues may still arise, as the issue itself stems from openMW and is something the openMW devs have intentionally left in because they want to mimic vanilla Morrowind behavior.

New Equipment Type
- Shin Guards have been added to the game
- Shin Guards are essentially boots that can be equipped only by beast races.
- Shin guards are similar to Anklets mechanically, however, shin guards display models upon being equipped (unlike anklets).
- Currently, shin guards can only be obtained by player armor crafters. Some additional rare variants may make their way to loot tables in the future.
New Armor Crafter Additions
- Armor crafters can now create various new Shin Guards via the Shin Guards mold.
- Shin guards will statistically match their tier category boot counterparts, but require Shin Guard molds instead of Boot molds.
- The following shin guards can be forged by armor crafters:
