Changes
- The imperial racial ability Diplomatic Voice has had its charm, fortify speechcraft and fortify mercantile duration effects increased to 2 minutes.
Fixes
- The imperial racial ability Diplomatic Voice has had its Charm component corrected to work on target, rather than self.
- Corrections to a few racials that had their min and max magnitude values reversed.
- Correctly applied a missing weapon icon.

Fortify Health Changes (Experimental)
- Fortify Health now increases your base health alongside current health.
- Unequipping an item or losing an active effect with Fortify Health will still kill you if your health is at or below that removed value.
- Known Visual Quirk: Equipment that has Fortify Health enchantments with different min and max magnitudes may display the incorrect amount of health fortified under your active effects list. You still have a fortify health effect from the possible variable range, however it may not be the exact value displayed on the active effect list. (Again, this visual bug is with equipment items with different min/max magnitudes only.)
- This functionality is experimental and subject to change/removal.

New Global/Regional Loot Drops
- Over 120 new items have been added to the game (with more to come over time) that all have a chance to be found on slain enemies.
- Some exterior regions may have different items than others.
The Atronach
- Players whos birthsign falls under the Atronach will now gain MoT (magicka over time) benefits from equipped items and spells with that effect.
- Atronach players will remain locked out of MoT (magicka over time) masteries and will continue to not gain any additional MoT in relation to their current intelligence value. (They must solely rely on items and spells.)

- Resolved issues relating to hidden effect equipment that prevented some hidden effects from triggering. (It's encouraged to double check various items to see if their effects have been fixed, such as Cuirass of Jagged Rust.)

Loot Caches
- A new form of loot acquisition known as Loot Caches has been added to the game.
- Loot caches are portable containers that hold loot inside upon using them.
- Please ensure to loot everything you want out of a loot cache before you close it, as all its remaining contents will vanish upon closing.
Login Points Vendor
- The login points vendor, Duharr, has altered some of his prices.
- Duharr is now selling the [Loot Cache]: Skyrim Imports.

- Dagothwave will now be automatically unequipped upon entering water rather than being extinguishing.
- Resolved issue with Dagothwave being able to be dropped in player homes.
- Resolved an issue that allowed hidden procs to trigger while casting spells.
- Resolved a few issues related to scrolls and patron pouches.

- Hand to hand fatigue and health damage has been lowered a bit to account for strength being an additional factor.
- The blind effect from Boots and Helm of Blinding Speed can no longer be resisted.
